The Process
8 weeks before your event, you will meet with your lead coordinator to have a site walk-through of your ceremony and reception. This will give you the opportunity to go over details and troubleshoot any details you may not have thought about yet. Also, a final Day-Of Timeline will be planned out at this time. Your lead coordinator will reach out to your vendors and make sure everyone is on the same page. A week before the wedding, the lead coordinator will also distribute the Day of Timeline to all of your vendors.

Here is a list of services offered in our day-of coordination package:
- Unlimited phone calls, texts, and emails
- Coordination of wedding rehearsal
- Assistance in picking up any rental items (limited number)
Photos by Michael Barnholdt - Collect items at the rehearsal that will be brought to the wedding venue and set up by your lead coordinator and team. This includes decor items, photographs, the guestbook, guest favors, toasting glasses, cake serving sets, ceremony programs, menu cards, place cards, table number, etc…
- Greet all vendors and receive all deliveries
- Distribute final payments and tips to vendors
- Assist with set-up and decorating
- Assist guests and wedding party as needed
- Pin on boutonnieres and corsages
- Oversee photo sessions
- Direct ceremonial processionals
- Keep an eye on the timeline
- Transfer items from the ceremony venue to the reception venue
- Help set up and decorate all tables at the reception
- Troubleshoot and act as behind-the-scenes manager
- Gather any remaining items at the end of the night
- Return all rental items such as vases, linens, floral stands, etc…
