Day Block Event Center | Spring Wedding Floral

Sara and Eric’s spring wedding was at Calvary Lutheran Church in Golden Valley, MN followed by an indoor reception at Day Block Event Center in Minneapolis. Before we even talk about the floral, we have to say how much we love the mismatched bridesmaids’ dresses! This royal blue and gray wedding was paired with white, soft pink, and peach spring wedding flowers! A unique floral piece we designed for this wedding was the draping garland for the head table’s backdrop at the reception. Bay leaves, seeded eucalyptus, lemon leaves, feather eucalyptus, wax flowers, and football mums were used to create the garland. Another fun piece we created for this wedding was the cake floral. Another fun piece we created for this wedding was the cake floral. The couple wanted a floral piece on top of their bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes. We designed the piece using greenery and blooms found in the bride’s bouquet to create an arrangement that would fit in the center of a bundt cake and could easily be removed for when the couple cut the cake. We think the cake flowers turned out amazing!
